Rolf Baxter

Rolf studied Computer Science at Loughborough University, UK, graduating with a 1st (Hons.) in 2003. He was then employed by Sun Microsystems as a senior support engineer before returning to study in 2004. He commenced an Msc in Informatics, specialising in Artificial Intelligence, at Edinburgh University, UK. After graduating in 2005, Rolf held roles in both infrastructure support and software engineering before undertaking a research roll in the Ocean Systems lab in 2008.

My interests focus on data learning and in particular its application within multi-agent systems. I am currently involved in the Competition of Ideas (COI) project 'Predicting Agent Intent', in which we aim to recognise hostile agent behaviour in order to facilitate risk management.
